Devlyn Lovell

Director of Athletics and Head Cross-Country and Track & Field Coach, Antonian College Preparatory High School Devlyn Lovell is currently the head cross country and track and field coach at Antonian College Preparatory School in San Antonio, Texas. Devlyn has coached both the men’s and women’s programs at Antonian since 2007. In that time, Devlyn has led the Apaches to numerous 5A and 6A boys and girls state cross country championships in the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools. His teams vie for the state cross county title year in and year out. He has been named Coach of the Year several times over the course of his collegiate and high school coaching career for both the successes of his teams and individuals. Before taking the reins of those programs, Devlyn gained valuable coaching experience from a variety of institutions such as The University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, The College of the Southwest, and East Texas State University. Throughout his time as a coach, Devlyn has become both USTFCCCA and USATF (Levels I, II, and III) certified in endurance training as well as several other areas of track and field.
